Cancellation Policy
31 days before Move-in day: penalty 0 yen. The deposit will be returned within 60 days.
30 days and less prior to the check-in day or after the check-in day : Penalty is equivalent to 30 days rent.
The leftover (rent from the 31st day) and the deposit (depending on the house’s inspection) will be returned within 60 days.

Adjacent to the dining room, find the fully equipped kitchen, ready to satisfy all your culinary needs. The refrigerator is perfectly sized for long-term guests, providing ample space for all your essentials. On the opposite side of the living room lies the washroom, outfitted with laundry facilities and access to the generous shower and restroom.

Ascend the stairs to discover the bedroom, where traditional Kyoto Machiya wooden beams blend seamlessly with a comfortable western-style bed. The magnificent Heian Shrine, a 10-minute walk south, is a stunning example of traditional Japanese architecture and a tribute to the Emperors Kammu and Komei. The shrine’s sprawling grounds feature meticulously landscaped gardens and the iconic red torii gate. The area surrounding Heian Shrine boasts a wealth of cultural experiences, the Kyoto City Zoo, and various museums, offering a delightful blend of history and entertainment.

Venture slightly further south to discover the enchanting Yasaka Shrine, an ancient Shinto shrine dating back to 656 AD.
